If you've had to sysadmin, one of the things you dream of is a relatively simple, centralized scheduled task manager which can track repeatable, must-run, and only-once tasks for all the servers on your network. Well, Peter Bengtsson of Mozilla has built such a tool; it's called, appropriately enough, "crontabber", and it's built entirely in PostgreSQL and Python.
