Dan Mosedale and others who are writing code for the Gladius and WebGameStub projects hypothesized that having a short weekly retrospective meeting for the team would help surface otherwise unnoticed issues with how they worked and would be worth the time spent.
They tried it, ultimately found it to be very helpful, and incorporated it in their routine. In this talk Can discusses their and others' experiences with weekly retrospectives, including pros and cons.
